receive information about the next conference, please print and complete the membership form
and send it, together with 20 GBP, to the address below. Alternatively, if you would like to use
a credit card for payment, it will cost 20GBP, and you should print, complete and sign the
credit card form and send it, along with the form below, to the address below. You can pay more than
one year at a time. The preferred means of payment for UK based members is by standing order; please print
and complete the standing order form. The standing order form should be sent to your bank, the
credit card form and application for membership should be sent to the address below. If you have any questions
